2MAR$: RMBS, as I posted to Bearmove several days ago, CA Judge Wyeth's very recent ruling of throwing out spoilation brought by Hynix is a critical fundamental win for RMBS. It opens the flood gates for RMBS to collect $billions royalty and the willingness of Micron, Hynix and Samsung to settle. RMBS is also in Sony PS3 via cell processor. It is not just a memory design co. anymore. It is not overvalued if you consider such a potential. Is that what stocks are traded based on future or perception?
