I'm sticking with Plan B as my investment goals.

First the statement was full of holes and totally false, they have assets, but just more fun to continue the charade.
second, you are right, this is penny land and if that is what you are making your investment on in this place, then..well as you say good luck. I too see plan B as the way to go, so far they have shown that they are doing what they need to do so I will wait and see.
As for A-Cent it seems the bogus info has now been debunked, as it is clear they are their doing business as usual.
