Honestly. They both make you fat. Everyone has different metabolisms and effects people differently. But sugar/carbs convert to energy, if not used it is stored...aka fat. Hell ranch is a liquid but that sure as hell makes you gain weight.
It's about what your body uses vs what it stores. Ever wonder why they tell athletes/ runners to eat pasta 24 hours before workout? Bc it's a TON of carbs aka energy. If you did that every day and DID NOT exercise to burn it off you'd be a blimp. Like half of America.
With that said. These things have like 25 calories. No big deal. Thats like 2 sticks of gum or 5 tic tacs. Nothing to even consider.
