The more relevant question is how much does it cost to operate a truck and pay a driver to collect used oil in relatively small quantities?
US Steel (NYSE: X) was mentioned as one of the suppliers of waste oil. I'm thinking they don't have to drive around very much to collect it. I hear their operations are slightly bigger than the local Jiffy Lube.
