Yeah it is. Lots of people here claiming they knew, but this is the first time an APS has been suspended at the beginning of the pump. No one saw this coming today and lots got caught.

Like most here I think APS is over. There are better ways to trade and makes huge % besides penny stocks, you just have to learn options.
