Elbit Vision issues 800K shares, pay royalties for Panoptes (EVSNF) By Robert Daniel
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Elbit Vision Systems Ltd., (EVSNF) the Yoqneam, Israel, provider of automatic optical-inspection and quality-monitoring systems, agreed to issue 800,000 shares and pay certain royalties to acquire Panoptes Ltd., a producer of machine-vision systems for surface inspection, technical fabrics, textiles, glass and other woven materials. Elbit shares fell a penny to 65 cents on Tuesday.
