In order for P's to get $1000 it would take 10 BILLION from the LTI and I don't think that will be a possibility.

Remember Mike W. did not oppose the P's & K's from getting more than face value as he knew that most likely is not going to happen.

So he insisted on commons (WAMUQ) getting their 25% before the P&K were paid full face and the balance to commons.

Mike W. Had inside info we did/do not have even to this day.
