how odd .. where was that 'good man' today with a gun?

my God! I read there were 13 people killed at a Navy Yard in D.C. AND the reporter stated -
Williams noted that many people are authorized to carry firearms at Navy Yard.

I must assume all the good men were out for lunch or something except the 13 .... hmmm ... so strange.
