IBM trades strange. It has the feel of back when we traded fractions. And it can sit for a bit, and then when the MM decides to move it, whoosh. How come on Level II the price doesn't change. Looks like shares are trading. And Island looks like it is actually trading tonight, but it doesn't show up on Level II. Island is showing a price. And there's MSFT hitting a new HOD. INTC looks to be recovering.
