Evidently Watson and Amphastar saw a way that we didn't. They didn't launch thinking they were liable did they?

It was us and Momenta thinking they had protection and they didn't.

By the way, just to keep the conversation honest, let's remember what Amphastar used was a method of testing that the FDa approved.

That method had nothing to do with Amphastar designing the basic drug. Everyone here thought Momenta was the sole company who could decipher Enox and in hindsight some mom and pop shop did it by themselves.
