At any rate, they reduced huge debt (dilution yes) and have a paid vessel. This has to be worth more than current PPS, and MM can push in a few days to satisfy NASDAQ $1 requirement (200DMA 1.03, 13wk high=.79, 52wk high=$5.80) in a heartbeat. No need for R/S here with sector & BDI momo. Everything is cyclical.
