you are right.. most people who take the time to follow this stock daily know that we have at the very least some 100+ mill in the bag.. and will possibly end up with more than 600 mill..

however there are still too many weak hands holding vrng stock.. shorts and hedge funds know that all they need to do is wait for one more delay or bad piece of news and some people will pull their money out of VRNG and move it to somewhere safer.

shorts aren't betting on the weakness of VRNG'S case... they are betting on the slow pace of the legal system and the impatience of investors.
