It could also be looked at as, we need some funding fairly quickly to put out several projects that will bring in revenues that we will not capture going into the fall and the potential Christmas revenue stream.
There fore we are willing to make deals that are investor advantageous to get that immediate capital. The revenues may be neutral for the projects for a period of time because of the funding. However they will be in the market at a crucial time and produce positive revenues in the future.
Nice to actually debate the pros and cons with someone.
