NYT, The reason for a quick buyout is that if VPLM is given enough time to research all of the infringements to their patents it could show double digit billions and accumulating dailey, thus require a larger price..So if I were MSFT, BBRY, CSCO, T, VZ or whomever I would put my bid in now...JMO..
