haha, I think there's something to that. Although, it's not just OTC... it's everywhere. The difference is that the swings here are more violent, and even companies with no legitimate business practice can garner momentum and higher PPS with the right methodologies.

But I wouldn't go so far as to say PPS is NEVER influenced by company performance and fundamentals. In fact, I'm here specifically because of those reasons. I keep a small hand aside to play the ups and downs too, but all for the purpose of expanding my shares and future success. The companies that create sustainable upward movement in their PPS' are the ones that deliver on their promises and generate real revenues. Higher highs and higher lows all along the way.

Again, these MM's love to see these stocks take off too. For them, it's about rubberbanding the EWSI's to their highest potential for that specific point in time, so they can take profits, shake out, rinse, and repeat. Although they help create momentum shifts, fundamentals ultimately decide how high and low this thing will go IMO, so I ALWAYS go back to that... I find it incredibly soothing to read those 8k's when churning and consolidation is taking place... coupled with a nice 12 year scotch, and the doctor is in!
