No, a simple yes or no is an acceptable answer. Which has never been provided, as the answer would have to be a No.

the problem is that you are asking the wrong question.

to treat all dilution is equal is 100% FALSE.

you asking the question "is dilution always (key word) a bad thing go un addressed?" is no different than asking...

is a rotting apple always (key word) a bad thing?

the answer is no, but who really wants to eat a rotting apple.
