Thank you sotchy for sharing with us. To me, this answers the most important question: Is the mine producing coal? Hell yes!! The financing will come in time, if they still need it.

Definitely a great indicator. So what if Rick was able to renegotiate the terms of the company's outstanding debt, and they decided to go it alone? I'm just throwing this out there... they have cash flow, obviously!
