What% of options did CFO actually sell?

I don't have that report that accompanies annual reports,
the one that lists holdings for the proxy voting.

The SEC form only lists shares beneficially owned, which
makes it look as if he sold 2/3 of his options.

Hard to believe he only had options for ~50K shares.
