Well it is Dhubai! The corporate lawyer said that you would be amazed at what holds up deals and bank loans in the middle eastern countries. He mentioned that all it takes is one idiot not doing his job and it gets delayed another month. He said that there is another round of holidays for a week or two coming up so I really do not expect anything until October!
