Do you marinate the moose in maple syrup while he's still alive? Now THAT would be impressive.
BTW, totally off topic, but while in the Grand Canyon last week, I happened across a couple of elk and stopped to take their picture. While I was snapping away I heard something behind me. It was then I realized somehow I had gotten into the middle of the herd. I've got a very nice pic of an elk giving me the evil eye. For a minute, I thought I was gonna have a nice youtube video of me wrestling an elk. However, I chose the smarter path to slowly inch away.
