Will be? You mean as in the future? The time to review feasibility studies is before you invest, not after the fact.

Will you be part of that group? If so, I encourage you to look at the report with a skeptical eye. If you have a substantial investment, you might want to consider hiring a credible consultant to act as your expert before throwing more money at this thing.
