Baker Hughes doesn't need to care about any old reports from the 60's. Their involvement was to write instructions to their bank saying that IF these guys can deliver XXxXX tons of barite, that meets our specs, according to our schedule, and supply independent proof, pay them X dollars per shipment.

If they fail to meet all of our conditions, they don't get paid - period

So they either get cheap barite, (somewhere less than $100 per ton) or they don't. If they don't, they aren't out any significant amount.

But I agree about the company posting the report and any others. Like you said, why not post it?

The only reason for not posting it is to hide something from investors.
