No the reviewed June 30, 2013 financials are currently under investigation, and no it wont be revisited. If the audits deviate from GAAP, which I expect, and I expect the auditor to fail to test investments, assets, and revenue, there will be a continued investigation, and we can continue to visit this subject. Then if the issuer decides to file with the SEC a registration statement with the financials, expect a long drawn out process for over a year until Nick finally gives up, or the SEC blocks the issuer from pursuing a registration for a period of time. Oh boy, I can see this one from a million miles away.
