LOL - No fear really. Very simply put - There are short term traders who regularly buy stocks weeks ahead of time that they already know are going to these conferences and know that they will get an uptick. Then they start dumping heavy on any good uptick. Not a bad strategy really. No shorting being done here just short term trading.
