I am also very interested in seeing the
next 10K. With management saying the uplisting
exchange will depend on the SP. Seems like
this leaves open $2 SP min for Nasdaq. They
then need current assets to increase by 11 million.
The property and equipment was only worth $356,000
on the last PolyM Balance sheet. The other assets
were cash, which would be gone.

So maybe moving KARD over to CTIX boosts the assets
to this level. Does Menon get more shares for doing
this? I am fine with that, just curious how this would work.

Maybe a deal for cash with a Pharma company is lined up?

So I would love to see next 10K to see what is going on.
