So tell me how it works. Outside of a 20% share swap, and since this is not an acquisition, how does this private company and public company share profits?

From all the PR stated they may share resources. hardly something to invest in when the private partner company does less than $1 Million in revenues and the public company (GLER) makes no money and has over 1 Billion OS.
