Agree Pete, from what I've seen so far. The mngmnt of Poly is what did them in.
The tricky part about paying the 1.4MM in shares is when they click the sell button. They'll want their $$ and imo won't care about Cellceutix or whatever they're up to.
Gap filled, some pretty crazy volatility. No doubt about it.
