As of 9/8/13 the Ionian Queen was still reported to be laid up and under arrest by its crew in Patra. It's also been for sale since 2012 with no takers.

Since 2012 this noble ferry is laying up in old port of Patras for sale, but so far unsuccessfull. Nevertheless there are rumours, she could be sold/chartered to Florida in the near future. It´s a pity !
