La Jolla Cove took out a judgment against RDXM years ago (April 2007, according to the Washington State complaint). Unless someone knows something else, they are still waiting out in the weeds, and if RDXM ever made progress, they would no doubt jump up and try to get their cut.

La Jolla Cove might be pretty thuggish. If all the rumors swirling around their business with RDXM are true, they shorted the stock heavily in order to increase the number of shares that they could convert on their warrants.
