Jay, I must say that I am proud of you for standing up to Stockpicker7. All of you were so condesceding and accomodating to him recently. He's nothing more than a wolf in wolf's clothing. I totally agree with you that his predictions of share price, contract and why or why not TMMI sued someone is laughable for all but one thing.....he's obviously a TMMI insider. Only he forecast the shareholder's meeting one week before it became public knowledge.
For him to say TMMI should have sued long ago flies in the face of TMMI's fabrication that they didn't know DFMI owned a codec. I disagree with his logic that losing this suit does not damage TMMI. It might damage the heck out of us. If they do get a summary judgment/dismissal, I would think Dimension would countersue. I know I would.
To make matters straight Jay, a very big part of the 600,000 shares were finally given to me on the PP I did in 2000. My first purchase was at $2.75/share but it was only 5,000 shares. Tens of thousands of shares were bought in the next two years as I averaged down. Then I found out the truth about the TMMI at that time and didn't buy more. My PP was at $.02/share and because they didn't issue it for over 11 years, they bumped it.
