I don't think it's P&D in this particular case. Just individual share owners trying to nurse this thing along and growing increasingly frustrated it wasn't going their way. A common scenario among the sub-pennies and pennies. Different players, similar story. Heck, I was just shooting for a meager .03- .05 cents.

It doesn't seem so, but maybe investors will be surprised with an unexpected, positive turn of events. I'll hold out to the last minute. No one can say I didn't try, didn't give it a chance.
