Was a fascinating read that transcript. This could really go either way based on the way I read it. The judge even called Ironridge out that c'mon, we know in these situations you don't pay full face value and then finds out they paid TCA much more than $500k. Lots of interesting undercurrents that day in court.

I'm thinking SVFC will have to pay TCA's fees but could get away free and clear if Ironridge pushes too hard and for too much. That judge seemed to have a short leash after letting each side speak. Especially after he sent them out in the recess.

If we can get away with $100k or less in additional payment then I'd call it a victory. Anything more would be gravy.
