How can anything good come from a Phillip Verges run company? He is still involved in the background. He is the Puppet Master in this one.

Yes, there was a statement in the RM PR (if you can call it a PR) that said they planned to spin off the Condom facility. Key word is "Planned". And Verges would have 100% of that fake facility and nothing with ALGA.

Where is any information that this has or is gonna happen?
