I agree. I think it is new retail investors. THe company has been making noise and generating some publicity. RSI at 76 won't hold long...maybe a week...unless there is something solid announced. Tox tests were promised in June plus or minus 3 months. While I am very skeptical, it COULD happen. So I only took off the basis and a little bit extra.
