Agree the Markman hearing could be pushed to January or February, but opinions from the federal district court of Mass. generally take 30 days or less after the hearing date. So, under the this scenario, we would receive the Markman order in late March or early April. In the meantime, the judge will rule on the msj, which should, push us back into the low .40s.
