How do you know? Have you considered they see value in ACTT and want the package???? $44Mil is nice chunk of change, if the mrkt cap of ACTT is only 2mil, they end up Relying on filings from 1995 is a joke, try to look at what is going on today....Being a public co with thriving business provides you to capitol which otherwise would be more difficult to attain.....
