Facts don't change. The common stock was worthless then, it is still worthless now. Read the SEC filing - the preferred shareholders' liquidation preference increases by 44% a year. Every year. It is well over $100 million now. The $44 million in the buyout doesn't even come close to covering the liquidation preference. Common shareholders get nothing.
