If Katx/bvig were considered to be legit company's than i would tend to agree on the financing.However,Kenny boy has done all he can to see that he never had any intentions of drilling let alone to try and get financing.

What about the association with Vale?Answer:To say that Vale had surrouned all his claims to give the illusion that "vale must know something".He knew in advance what claims were going to be eaten up by Vale.And the big plant that was to fed with his minerals.
What about the Olympic dam comparisons?Answer:Again illusion.

I posted years ago that the money he paid for all those claims pales in comparison to the money he made selling his shares over the course of three years.
When you got down to it there can't be any logical reason as to why and how this situation has gotten to where it is today.
The Ghana thing is just an extention of what rusty,handcamp,colliers,and all the other claims were said to be truthfull.
There is no doubt that the Steads manufactured this scam from the start with no intentions of good will.
