To me, Dr Bob leaving could be a sign of the company is ready for transition. For QMC to develop further into a money making company, they need to restructure the board with members that are financial types rather than mostly technology types. Dr Bob could explain the technology to interested customers at trade shows and on the road and had contacts, but the company still has Jabbour, Wong and Doderer. They can handle the technology side. The future will require other talents to be brought on board.
