THOMASVILLE, GA--(Marketwired - Aug 27, 2013) - Global Agency Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: GLBH) is pleased to announce the board has revised and completed the name change of Globaltech Holdings, Inc. to Global Agency Holdings, Inc. The name change is now official with the State of Nevada.

The name change is in line with the company's mission to expand and acquire existing highly profitable P&C and Life and Health agencies. The name change is being filed with FINRA and is anticipated to become effective in September.
