Maybe. But one thing I have learned is to use lowball bids because someone "always" panics and dumps at market. I can wait. IF I am wrong I have plenty of "free" shares bought with house money. It's win/win for me. I still cannot figure out WHY the buyer(s) were BUYING BIG TIME at .003 and "RAISED" their bid to .0033. Makes NO sense UNLESS ________! Fill in the blank.
