Unhappy Shareholder: Repost from another thread:

"DISCLOSURE: I currently own shares of GZFX

I'm not happy with GZFX. Nevermind the share price for a moment and let's review the following:

They have limited advertising on the Howard Stern Radio show in the form of interviews (2 so far) and a paid advertisement on talkNstocks.com, a site dedicated to penny stocks. In fact, according to Alexa.com, talkNstocks is ranked over 1,000,000 (high numbers are bad). To put this in perspective, Google is ranked 3 and varies between 1 and 3 between MSN and Yahoo.

The marketing company they spent huge sums on is in fact a no named penny stock and clearly inept at marketing. They bungled the debut of XBOX 360 and 2005 Holiday Season.

Read some of the reviews it got on Amazon.com. 95% appear to be from investors hyping the company. The others appear to be "real" people who are disatisfied with either the service and/or selection.

rather than simply listen blindly, I did a little research of my own. I went to GZFX home page and clicked "New DVD Releases" and to my shock and dismay, there first page list displays a 1985 bomb, "Avaiator" - back when Christopher Reeve could walk. Scroll down on the same page and you'll see "BeachBalls", a campy "B" movie I've never heard of, but clearly appears to be from the mid 1980's.

I then went and looked at GZFX competitors. I encourage everyone to go to their sites and browse. They are:
GameFly.com
GameLender.com
Gamerang.com
GPlay.com
NumbThumb.com
RedOctane.com
RentZero.com

From this list, GPlay offers UNLIMITED games for $13.99/month, period and their site is very impressive, as is GameFly.com and a few others. Please notice that GPlay.com has partnered with NetFLix. That fact alone should send shivers down every investors spine.

GameFly.com is privately held, but may decide in the future to go public or simply become acquired by NetFlix or even Block Buster.

Here's my bottom line:
GZFX management (FLeming and Gallent) are inept. They have squandered every opportunity to make GZFX competitive. They wasted thousands of dollars by joining TalkNStocks.com rather than advertise on AOL's Games, Hotmail, Gamespot.com, gamestop.com, moviefone.com, and many other prominent online traffic hubs that deal in movie and game entertainment - instead opting for the Howard Stern Show. They continue to mention an "updated" website. All they have is a website, and if it doesn't work properly, then they have nothing. That web site should have been the first thing finished before going public. They should already have had a streamlined integrated portal with distibution centers and wholesalers. Their database should have already been complete and available. At the next available opportunity (if ever) that 1/2 of my shares can be sold at breakeven, I will sell immediately and let the rest remain as a lottery ticket, just in case things turn around.

I will NOT be purchasing anymore shares.

I welcome other's point of view, but I prefer not to listen to useless hype. Deal with what is, not what could be."
