silvergun, as stated on the Sandstorm Gold website, if you are not a Canadian citizen, you cannot exercise the warrants. Any US citizen needs to sell them 3 to 6 months before the expiration date. There will probably be a lot of Canadians willing to buy them as the price of SAND recovers.
