Check this out. I have read it many times and this part keeps catching my attention.

"Either Party may terminate this Agreement with cause, effective immediately upon providing ten days notice to the other Party and if the other Party fails to remedy the breach within five days of such notice."

This is saying both parties are locked in to the Pilot Program unless there is a breach of contract and they have 5 days to remedy it, imo.

Then they will begin the decision making process on roll-out at that time (post March 15th). The roll-out will not automatically commence as it was stated before it was Amended.

"Thereafter, if the Parties mutually agree that a National Rollout of the Program is mutually beneficial, the Parties shall enter into a definitive agreement for such National Rollout. "
