Where was the U.S. when 100,000 were being killed in Assad's war on the rebels? And while the U.S. is playing policeman in Syria, when are we going to do something about the Sudan where thousands are killed/displaced on a regular basis.
Striking Syrian targets will not change anything. Pres Obama said he's not interested in regime change in Syria, but that could change - as of the end of last week Obama never mentioned the U.S. would train Syrian rebels...now, after his meeting with McCain and Graham, the U.S. will be training Syrian rebels...It makes me wonder what Obama gave away to get Boehner and Cantor's support.
