It is the law...whether Williams violated it beyond a reasonable doubt is a question of fact for the trier of fact....but he has already told them he gave the $$$$$$ and the Gov knew he wanted Antabloc to be made available through the healthcare system.... The only thing that gets the Gov off the hook is if he can convince these prosecutors Williams is lying and he had no idea...which is what his lawyers said in the WaPo article...that you have to take what Johnnie Williams says " with a grain of salt"


That may be a gift if you and I entered into that exchange business to business...whole different animal if one of us is a public official...different set of laws and public policy considerations....
