The placement of the product within the healthcare system is not an element the Government needs to prove...acceptance of $$$$$ plus knowledge of request by public official is sufficient...I understand that doesn't make sense to a layman but that's how the statute is drawn..it's a deterrent to public corruption...you shouldn't be upset with me...I didn't write the damn statute...
