can you guys please help explain/clarify how ELTP's ART is better than Embeda?

is embeda's stability issue because the 2 substances (morphine + antagonist naltrexone) is forced into a single bead and thus harder and not stable vs. ELTP's patent approved 2 bead system? which is stable because each bead is separately produced and combined into a single tablet/drug capsule?

furthermore, there are no toxic/fatal result if ELTP's ART is misused right? as per this article, embeda can be fatal if misused (eg. chewed/crushed)... which is certainly a drawback? is it correct?

Proper use requires EMBEDA to be swallowed whole or the contents of the capsules to be sprinkled on apple sauce. The pellets in the capsules are not to be crushed, dissolved, or chewed before swallowing. Misuse or abuse of EMBEDA by tampering with the formulation by crushing or chewing the pellets causes the rapid release and absorption of both morphine and naltrexone. The resulting morphine dose may be fatal, particularly in opioid-naïve individuals.
