I don't know about there big machines as being designed for "commercial" use, it might not sense to be able to pause a game. There may be the option for private use though.

All the Zen pinball games that are available of Xbox, ps3, etc. have the ability to pause and restart the game, so any hardware that NTEK design will have to support that functionality.
