Card tech intermational is an empty box and card tech srl is an italian company run by italians who have developed genuine patents on biometric cards. T-bay owns them. The italians have been advised by mrs. Dierstein and mr. Heffernan to go through a reverse merger with t-bay. Therefore t-bay should belong to italians and heffernan should help to place shares on the otc market. Unfortunately, Once the reverse merger has been executed, the Italians have no clue of what Heffernan is doing with t-bay. He's promising millions since months but they have seen nothing so far.
